I believe the guy pins his to the girls chest and the girl slips it in the pocket; they’re usually white? What are those called and where can I find one for my guy?

corsage and the guys is a boutonniere

Corsage for the girls, and Boutonniere for the guys.
The flowers are usually orchids for the ladies.

the one for girls is a corsage for her wrist and the boys is a boutonniere or something and he wears it on his suit in the pocket

They are called corsages. They can be carnations, roses, orchids…whatever you decide.
